hello !
I haven’t been on for a while, had a lot of college work.
Anyway
still at 138lbs
and thats with a week of eating normally, and a night out on saturday.

After my traumatic experience of passing out in the gym, i’ve been put off working our for a while haha !!

Anyway
today im on 500cals, day 1 of ABC.

Breakfast - Tea -20 cals
Lunch - 2 rice cakes - 60 cals
            Weight watchers soup - 77cals
Snack- sugar free jelly - 8 cals

a net total of 165 cals 

7 hour shift tonight though, ima take another weight watchers soup and let you know later how i get on :)
need to loose at least 30lbs urrghhh ! 

Finally realized why i’ve been such a pig
time.of.the.month

haha I should have known. 

TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY.

I cant give up on myself everyday like I have been doing

fuck

I ate a considerable number of calories today,
healthy calories, but nontheless, calories.



I dont feel that gross
but I know ill hate myself later
I need a kick in a head to get me going again, I was doing so well !
